معلومات وفوائد :
* السماق شجيرة صغيرة يصل إرتفاعها إلى ثلاثة أمتار، وأوراقها ريشية الشكل، وتمتاز بلونها المحمر ومذاقها الحامض، كما أنها تنمو في الشرق الأوسط وأوروبا، وتقطف في موسم الخريف قبل هطول الأمطار لئلا تفقد حموضتها.
* السماق مصدر غني لفيتامين C الذي يعتبر أحد أقوى مضادات الأكسدة.
* له عدة استخدامات في المطبخ الشرقي منها استخدامه لطبخة المسخن أو المحمر، إضافته الى خليط الزعتر المطحون، إستخدامه في السلطة والفلافل والكبة وغيرها العديد من الوصفات التي لا يمكن أن تكتمل من دونه.

*Sumac is a small shrub that reaches a height of three meters,Its leaves are feathery and it is distinguished by its reddish color and sour taste, It also grows in the Middle East and Europe, It is picked in the autumn season before the rains so as not to lose its acidity.
*Sumac is a rich source of Vitamin C, which is one of the most powerful antioxidants.
*It has several uses in the oriental kitchen, including its use for the musakhan or muhammar, adding it to a mixture of crushed thyme. It is used in salads, falafel, kibbeh and other many recipes that could not be completed without it.
